H.E. Ambassador of Ukraine Ihor Humennyi had the meeting with the Chief Executive of the Construction Industry Development Board Malaysia (CIDB) and other top officials of CIDB.

The Chief Executive informed the Ambassador about the basic functions of CIDB, including registration of construction companies, regulation of their activities in Malaysia and promotion of their participation in projects abroad. The interlocutors exchanged views on possible areas of cooperation between both countries in the field of infrastructure, industrial and residential properties development. In this context, the Malaysian side suggested to consider the possibility of arranging the visit of CIDB representatives to Ukraine with the view of conducting preliminary negotiations with the Ministry of Regional Development, Construction, Housing and Utilities of our country.

At the end of the meeting, both sides agreed on maintaining the future business contacts.
