Application process for regular visa
Step 1.
Determine the type of visa and collect the required documents.

Fill in online, print out and sign visa application form.

VISA REQUIREMENTS
FOR ALL VISA TYPES THE FOLLOWING MUST BE SUBMITTED:

+7. Proof that the applicant has the permit to stay in Malaysia or in the Republic of the Philippines for more than 180 days (for non-Malaysian/non- Filipino citizens), such as work visa, student visa, permanent residence status.
+8. A document/s related to the purpose of your visit:
TRANSIT VISA (VB), which will allow transit through the territory of Ukraine within the period of 5 days. Travelers can apply for one entry, two entries, as well as multiple entries within the period of one year.
SHORT-TERM VISA (VC), which will allow stay in Ukraine for less than 90 days within 180 days starting from the first entry to Ukraine. This visa will be issued as a one-entry, two entries or multiple entries, valid for the period of up to 5 years.

proof that a foreigner or stateless person is a spouse, parent or child of a Ukrainian citizen (document or certificate issued not in Ukraine should be apostilled or legalized); or notarized letter of invitation from a physical person – Ukrainian citizen, foreigner or stateless person who legally reside, temporarily or permanently, in Ukraine. Invitation shall contain full name of a physical person, details of his/her passport and temporary or permanent residency permit (for a foreigner or stateless person), address, and full name of the invited person, information about his/her date and place of birth, nationality, passport details, place of residence, purpose of visit, duration of intended visit to Ukraine, number of entries and place of stay in Ukraine, physical person’s obligations towards possible costs related to the invited person’s stay or departure from Ukraine. The invitation shall be appended by copies of a hosting person’s passport and temporary or permanent residency permit in Ukraine (for a foreigner or stateless person); or proof that a foreigner or stateless person owns immovable property on the territory of Ukraine; |

Attention: This charge is not refundable.
For foreigners traveling to Ukraine the proof of sufficient funds is required.
Foreigners intending to travel to Ukraine, reside in Ukraine, or travel through Ukraine are required to possess the amount of funds equal to 20 days' worth of average monthly per capita subsistence minimums, established in Ukraine on the day of arrival.
Therefore, a foreigner traveling to Ukraine is to possess average daily amount of approximately $70 USD., adding extra 5 days reserve.
The documents as follows may be presented to prove sufficient funds:
• A valid bank document containing an account balance which can be presented for payments in Ukrainian banks;
• International pay system cards along with a statement of personal account balance confirming the funds;
• A letter of invitation (guarantee) from the host/sponsor stating his/her ability to cover all the foreigner's expenses associated with the residence in Ukraine and departing its territory;
No proof of sufficient funds is required for the categories of visitors as follows:
• Foreigners or stateless persons under 18;
• Tourists on a cruise;
• Heads of foreign states or governments, members of parliamentary or governmental delegations, and technical staff with the above representatives or their family members (accompanying on request of central authorities of Ukraine);
• When in service: officials of international organizations, staff members of their local branches in Ukraine, staff members of state representatives to international organizations that have headquarters in Ukraine and who are eligible for diplomatic privileges and immunities;
• UN certificate holders and officials of other organizations of the UN system, their family members;
• Chiefs of foreign diplomatic missions and consular offices, members of diplomatic personnel, consular officers, administrative and technical staff of diplomatic and consular institutions, staff of military attaché and trade representatives, their family members;
• Diplomatic and Service Passport Holders who travel to Ukraine to perform their official duties, their family members.
