For the legalization of the document of the physical person the following is required: 

1. the original document (previously legalized by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Malaysia) 
2. notarized letter from the document owner authorizing the representative (that will submit documents to the Embassy) to act in such capacity (indicating IC or passport No.) if not submitted in person 
3. original IC or passport document of the document owner (representative) 
4. scanned copy of the document 
5. original receipt of payment (208 MYR per document(stamp) – regular service/ 3 working days, expedite next day service –416 MYR per document) 

For the legalization of the document of the legal entity the following is required:

1. The original document (previously legalized by Notary Public as well as the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Malaysia).
2. Letter from the company authorizing the representative (that will submit documents to the Embassy) to act in such capacity (indicating IC or passport No.).
3. Copy of the Certificate of Incorporation of the company (stating the company No. and the date of incorporation)
4. Original IC or passport document of the representative + copy.
5. Copy of the document for legalization.
6. Original receipt of payment (417 MYR per document – regular service/ 3 working days, expedite next day service – 834 MYR per document).
