The Ambassador of Ukraine in Malaysia participated at the official inauguration of the Mahathir Award for Global Peace by H.E. Mr. Mohd Najib Tun Abdul Razak, Prime Minister of Malaysia and H.E. Mr. Jacob G.Zuma, President of Republic of South Africa. The ceremony was made meaningful through the conferment upon two great statesmen of Malaysia and RSA H.E. Mr. Mahadhir bin Mohamad and H.E. Mr. Nelson Mandela in recognition of their lifelong struggle to build global peace. During the ceremony the Mahathir Award for Global Peace was granted to H.E. Mr. Nelson Mandela.
