On 15 November, 2013, the Ukrainian-Malaysian consultations in order to agree the text of Draft Terms of Reference on Ukrainian-Malaysian Joint Trade Committee took place in Kuala-Lumpur, Malaysia. The Ukrainian Delegation was headed by Mr. Oleksiy Perevezentsev, Director of the Legal Department of the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade of Ukraine. The numerous Malaysian side was represented by the Delegation headed by Mr. Wong Seng Foo, Senior Director for Economic and Trade Relations of the Ministry of International Trade and Industry of Malaysia.

As a result of the negotiations Ukrainian and Malaysian sides agreed the text of the above mentioned Document, initialled it and determined the next measures to put it into force.
