The Ambassador Ihor Humennyi held the meeting with the Head of Consular Division of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Malaysia, Mr. Zulkifli Yaacob.

In course of the meeting the current consular issues, especially in the context of preparation of the Agreement between the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine and the Government of Malaysia on partial abolition of visa requirements were discussed.

The interlocutor’s attention was also attracted to the illegal actions of the Russian Federation in the context of adoption of the orphaned children, and children deprived of parental care, who are the citizens of Ukraine and are currently residing on the temporary occupied territory of Ukraine, in particular the Russian program «Train of Hope – Krym» which is currently undergoing in Crimea.

Both sides agreed to maintain further contacts.
