The Ambassador of Ukraine Ihor Humennyi participated in the Opening ceremony of the 48th ASEAN Foreign Ministries Meeting, during which the Speech was delivered by the Prime Minister of Malaysia Najib Tun Razak. The Meeting was conducted in the closed format.
