Ambassador of Ukraine to Malaysia H.E. Mr. Olexander Nechytaylo presented his credentials to the Yang di-Pertuan Agong of Malaysia

On 18th July 2016 H.E. Mr. Olexander Nechytaylo, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Ukraine to Malaysia, has presented his Letter of Credence to His Majesty Tuanku Alhaj Abdul Halim Mu’adzam Shah ibni Almarhum Sultan Badlishah The Yang di-Pertuan Agong of Malaysia XIV.
After official ceremony at the Royal Palace in Kuala Lumpur Ambassador Nechytaylo had an audience with Yang di-Pertuan Agong. During the audience bilateral relations between Ukraine and Malaysia, including the forthcoming official visit of the President of Ukraine to Malaysia were discussed.
The Yang di-Pertuan Agong of Malaysia XIV underlined that Ukraine and Malaysia enjoy excellent bilateral relations since diplomatic ties were established. He expressed the hope that both countries would find ways to promote and broaden cooperation in all areas including trade, investment, higher education and defence.
The Yang di-Pertuan Agong of Malaysia XIV warmly wished all the success to the Ambassador and expressed confidence in further strengthening and enhancing of friendly relations between Ukraine and Malaysia.
