A Distinguished Service Award was presented by H.E. Ambassador Olexander Nechytaylo to Dr. Oscar de Venecia, Honorary Consul General of Ukraine in the Republic of the Philippines on 18^th September 2017. The Award was conferred by the Minister for Foreign Affairs of Ukraine Pavlo Klimkin in recognition of Dr. de Venecia’s extraordinary contribution into bilateral relations between Ukraine and the Republic of the Philippines.
