With the aim to prevent the spread of acute respiratory disease caused by coronavirus (COVID-19) starting from 00:01 (Eastern European Time (EET), UTC +2) on 16th March 2020 until 24th April 2020, all foreigners and stateless persons will not be allowed to enter to Ukraine, including transit. 

This restriction shall not apply to foreigners and stateless persons of the following categories:

- employees of foreign diplomatic missions, consular posts, and representations of international organizations accredited in Ukraine, as well as their families,

- persons documented with a permanent or temporary residence permit in Ukraine.

The regime of departure of foreigners and stateless persons from the territory of Ukraine remains unchanged.
