On January 17, 2023, at the Embassy of Ukraine in Malaysia, a solemn signing of the Memorandum on ‎cooperation between the Borodyan Village Council and the Malaysian company "PCA Architecture sdn ‎bhd" took place. On behalf of the Malaysian company, the Memorandum was signed by director Paolo ‎Cucchi (Italy).‎
The Deputy Head of the Embassy of Italy in Malaysia, Mr. Pietro Tombacchini, and representatives of ‎the Embassy of Ukraine in Malaysia took part in the ceremony. ‎The Memorandum envisages ‎cooperation on the preparation of a master plan for the reconstruction of the city of Borodyanka. The ‎company "PCA Architecture Sdn Bhd" offered the concept of reconstruction of the city free of charge ‎as a contribution to the benefit of the Ukrainian people and the community of Borodyanka.‎
