H.E. Mr. Ihor V. Humennyi, the Ambassador of Ukraine to Malaysia, held the meeting with Dato’ Mohd Khalid Harun, the President of the Malaysian Association of Tour and Travel Agents (MATTA), and the Chief Executive Officer of MATTA Mr. Phua Tai Neng.

During the meeting the interlocutors discussed the current stage and perspectives of the cooperation between two countries in the field of tourism as well as the ways how to enlarge the tourist flows between Ukraine and Malaysia.

The participants of the meeting underlined the need for the establishment of the direct ties between the prominent tourist agencies of both countries and agreed to consider the possibility to organize the visit of the delegation of MATTA and the interested tour operators of Malaysia to Ukraine.
