The Ambassador of Ukraine Ihor Humennyi took part in Book launching “A UN Chronicle 1988-1998” written by Tan Sri Razali Isamil, the famous Malaysian diplomat. Just Tan Sri Razali Ismail finishing his activity as the President of the 51^st session of the General Assembly of the UN handled the hummer to conduct the meetings of the highest body of this Organization to Mr. Hennadiy Udovenko, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine who was elected the President of the 52^nd session of the UN General Assembly. During the event, which was conducted in the Institute of Diplomacy and Foreign Relations, MFA of Malaysia (IDFR), Tun Dr. Mahathir Mohamad, the fourth Prime Minister of Malaysia, Datuk Othman Hashim, Secretary General, MFA of Malaysia and the author of the book, Tan Sri Razali Ismail, expressed their views on the role of the UN in the modern world.

In the framework of the launch Ambassador Ihor Humennyi informed Tan Sri Razali Ismail and Dato Hassin Nayan, Director General of IDFR, about current situation in Ukraine.
