On March 2, 2011 H.E. Ihor Humennyi, the Ambassador of Ukraine to Malaysia hold a meeting with Mr. Akbar Md Thayoob, Head of the Office of Executive Vice President of  «Petronas»  and discussed the issues of the cooperation between Ukraine and Malaysia in the field of supplying to Malaysia Ukrainian energy equipment.

During the meeting the Malaysian specialists were acquainted with the latest technologies and achievements of the Ukrainian energy complex. The list of export products was also transferred to the Malaysian side.

The possibilities of involving the Ukrainian companies to the process of construction and equipping the Malaysian power plants were discussed.

At the same time, On March 1, 2011 the Ambassador of Ukraine to Malaysia hold a meeting with Mr. Gerard Leslie Leon, the Under Secretary of the Corporate and International Division Ministry of Transport of Malaysia, during which the perspectives of bilateral cooperation in transport sphere were discussed.

Malaysian official was acquainted with the potential of Ukraine in the field of aircraft building. The possibility of holding the presentation of SC  «Antonov»  at the Ministry of Transport of Malaysia was discussed with the interlocutor.
