The Ambassador of Ukraine Ihor Humennyi participated in the questions and answers session in relation with the lecture by the Head of the Delegation of the EU to Malaysia, H.E. Mr. Luc Vandebon, “The EU relationship with ASEAN”, in particular, connected with the issues on the possibilities for implementation of the experience of EU in strengthening integration by ASEAN, talks about Free Trade Area (FTA) Agreement between EU and ASEAN and FTA between EU and Malaysia, the relations between EU and other European  states, that are not members of the Union.

The function was conducted in the Asia-Europe Institute of the University of Malaya.

Having the opportunity the Ambassador Ihor Humennyi has discussed the perspectives for the future high level visits to Malaysia with the Undersecretary of Europe Division of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Malaysia Mr. Ilango Karuppannan.
