On March 29, 2011, H.E. Mr. Ihor V. Humennyi, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Ukraine to Malaysia, met Chief of the Royal Malaysian Air Force (RMAF) General Dato’ Rodzali Bin Daud.

During the meeting, the interlocutors discussed the potential perspectives for development of Ukrainian-Malaysian cooperation in the fields of aviation and aerospace. The Ambassador briefed his counterpart on production facilities and capacities of Ukraine’s “Antonov” and Design Bureau “Pivdenne” state companies.

It was agreed that the RMAF Command representatives would participate in the full-scale presentation of Ukraine’s aircraft building capabilities to be delivered for the interested Malaysian ministries and agencies by SC “Antonov”.
