KUALA LUMPUR, Oct 30 -- Ukraine's Deputy Foreign Minister Sergiy Kyslytsya visited the Malaysian National News Agency (BERNAMA) headquarters here today as part of his first working visit to the country since Tuesday.
The Ukrainian delegation also included Ukraine's Ministry of Foreign Affairs Director-General for the Asia Pacific Region Zhanna Leshchynska, Ambassador of Ukraine to Malaysia Olexander Nechytaylo, and Counsellor from the Ukrainian Embassy in Malaysia, Kyrylo Kalyta.
Kyslytsya and his delegation were greeted by Bernama's Editor-in-Chief Datuk Mokhtar Hussain, Deputy Editor-in-Chief (News) Abdul Rahman Ahmad and Deputy Editor-in-Chief (Business and Finance) Khairdzir Yunos, followed by a briefing on the news agency's operations as well as its products and services.
Kyslytsya is leading the Ukrainian delegation in Malaysia for Political Consultations between Foreign Ministries of the two countries.
On Tuesday, the deputy foreign minister met with his Malaysian counterpart Datuk Marzuki Yahya at the latter's office in Putrajaya.
